After 3 years making our authentic Polystyrene blanks we list for sale our HIPS Pickguards , the authentic material used in the rares 1952 / 53 / 54 Telecaster®️ models .

There is nothing that looks as good as the authentic and it is a great novelty to be able to offer exclusively another GVT product as exclusive, unique and incredible as the pickguards..

The construction of the pickguards and tremolo backplates is the same as in the beginning of the first HIPS Stratocaster, many people know it as Bakelite but it is HIPS "High Impact Polystyrene" They were weaker than the material
abs that started in mid 55, that's why today we see cracked pickguards or cracked parts in pickup covers and buttons
